Shipping within South Africa typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Your satisfaction is important to us, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or queries. We do not accept returns for a refund, but if you are unhappy (and we hope that will be highly unlikely) with your purchase, we are happy to offer a swap for store credit within two weeks of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You will need to cover the postage costs to return your item. Exchanges will not be accepted after this two-week period. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at coletteinspire@gmail.com. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. To request a return, please email us first. We will confirm the return address in writing. Items will only be considered for repair or replacement once they have been inspected by us.

Breakages
If a breakage occurs within 2 months of purchase and is due to a manufacturing fault, we are happy to repair it free of charge. The buyer will be responsible for courier costs. All other repairs will be assessed individually. Please note: Chains are very delicate by nature and must be handled with extreme care.
