Delivery & Return

Shipping within South Africa typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Your satisfaction is important to us, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or queries. We do not accept returns for a refund, but if you are unhappy (and we hope that will be highly unlikely) with your purchase, we are happy to offer a swap for store credit within two weeks of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You will need to cover the postage costs to return your item. Exchanges will not be accepted after this two-week period. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at coletteinspire@gmail.com. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. To request a return, please email us first. We will confirm the return address in writing. Items will only be considered for repair or replacement once they have been inspected by us.

Breakages
If a breakage occurs within 2 months of purchase and is due to a manufacturing fault, we are happy to repair it free of charge. The buyer will be responsible for courier costs. All other repairs will be assessed individually. Please note: Chains are very delicate by nature and must be handled with extreme care.

Rules

All exchanges and returns must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for South African orders, and 20 days for international orders. We only accept exchange requests through email at coletteinspire@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Interpretation and Definitions

“We”, “our”, “us” refer to Colette V Atelier. “You”, “your” refer to the customer purchasing from Colette V Atelier. “Store credit” means a digital credit issued to you after a successful return, redeemable against future purchases. “Business days” refer to Mondays through Fridays, excluding South African public holidays. “Manufacturing fault” refers to a defect or issue arising from the production of the item, and not from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. “Courier costs” mean the shipping fees associated with returning, exchanging, or repairing an item.
